We have been using this product for over 5 years in the "roll on." DW uses the Coconut scent and my favorite is the Tropical. I always feel like I am getting so much more out of my workout when I use this! Sweet Sweat also sells a waist trainer that helps to increase the amount of "shred."
I drink a lot of coffee!! Which means that I also struggle with having discolored teeth. When I started to try different teeth whitening options I could only use them once or twice because of how sensitive my teeth became. This was the first product that I could use without wincing with pain. If you want whiter teeth, this is the best option!!

With two adorable dogs, we tend to have a lot of pet fur. About a year ago we decided to test out an air purifier to help with the pet fur, day to day smells and reduce the amount of allergens in the house overall. Here is the one that we found most effective. It is quite enough that we can run it all the time and we recently purchased a second one so that we can have one on each floor. While it is an investment, it has been life changing for me. I sleep better at night because I am less congested.
